hmmm, i’ve never eaten caribou. is it good? the krill like organism looks very tiny compared to your hand. hope you’re having a blast mr. T!

Caribou is like eating beef but is more game-ier (is that a word). it has a stronger taste but is very good! I hope to see a caribou on this trip that is not on my dinner plate!

The caribou was great! We saw dozens of belugas swimming all around out raft. Some of them even came up to the raft and nudged us!
